How this website handles your details, in plain words.

Who we are
This website is run by the PURE Sports Academy team in Phuket, Thailand. For anything about your details, email info@puresportsphuket.com.
What we collect, and why
Register your interest form: your name and email address, and an optional sport and message. We use them to reply and to send the launch updates you ask for.
Player registration form: the parent or guardian’s name, email and phone number; the player’s name, age and sports of interest; and anything optional you choose to add, such as school, nationality, languages, experience, availability, a plan or a preferred contact method. We use these to follow up your enquiry and suggest a suitable start. If you tick the separate, optional news box, we may also email you occasional PURE news and offers; you can stop these at any time.
Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us: what you write, so that we can answer.
We do not ask for health information, identity documents or photos through this website. Please do not include them in a form or message.
Where your details go
Both forms send your details by email from our website to info@puresportsphuket.com, which is forwarded to a mailbox used by the PURE management team. Submissions are not kept in a database on this website.
Our hosting provider (Bluehost) runs this website and sends the form emails, and our email service providers store the messages we receive. These providers may store or process details on servers outside Thailand.
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.
How the forms are protected
To stop misuse, each form uses a short-lived security cookie, turns away automated submissions and limits repeated sending. For that limit, our server keeps a one-way coded (hashed) form of your internet address for about two hours; it does not keep what you wrote.
Cookies and storage on this website
We use no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers, and no third-party cookies. Fonts and images come from our own website. This is everything the site can store on your device:
| Name | Type | Purpose | When it is set | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|
pure_enquiry | Cookie · necessary | Protects the Register your interest form from misuse | When you start filling in that form | Until you close your browser |
pure_player | Cookie · necessary | Protects the player registration form from misuse | When you start filling in that form | Until you close your browser |
pure-consent | Browser storage · necessary | Remembers your cookie choice, so we do not ask on every page | When you make a choice | Until you clear it or change your choice |
pure-lang | Browser storage · optional | Remembers the language you choose, so later visits open in it | Only if you allow language memory | Until you clear it or turn it off |
Browser storage stays on your device; it is not sent to us.
Children
Our forms are for parents, guardians and other adults. We ask for a player’s age rather than a date of birth. The PURE player app is designed so that photos and clips of players are shared only with the family, and only with a parent or guardian’s consent.
How long we keep details
We keep enquiry emails only while we need them to handle your enquiry and the follow-up you asked for. We have not yet set fixed retention periods. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time: email info@puresportsphuket.com. You can change your cookie choice with Cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, please tell us first. You can also contact Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
